So today’s blog post follows a question I get asked frequently: What are some basic pieces I need in my wardrobe?

I always like to consider the cost vs. wear factor when it comes to the basics.
When it comes to higher priced items, they are generally associated with better fabrics and quality tailoring. This will see them wash and wear better so to me, that is worth a splurge.
In terms of style, all of these key pieces are classic and timeless. Their versatility and styling power will also see them date slowly or not at all.
