Winter Looks – Knitwear!
It’s that time of year again already!
Time to start organising your winter wardrobe, and think about your knitwear!
With daylight savings ending in just a few weeks, were looking at the longer colder days, so warm layering is starting to factor into our minds.
So many light knits are readily available for this trans-seasonal stage and in more colour choices than usual!
There are many beautiful colours this winter season, just to name a few that are everywhere at the moment:
- Mulberry
- Black
- Cream
- Blush
- Grey
- Rust
A knit is so versatile from layering for visual interest, creating long lean lines and of course for warmth!
Knitwear does not have to be expensive, but keep in mind the quality will vary greatly as to where you purchase from.
A few great options:
- Forever New
- Country Road
- Trenery
- Sportscraft
This season waterfall cardigans and longline cardigans are on trend and a favourite to go over your look to keep the chill away.
I love how blush softens any look, and creates a feminine romantic style.
Ruffles and bell sleeves are also bringing the romance to fashion this season.
I love this cardigan from Forever New as it is a heavier knit and has a stylish hood perfect for the cold weather.
Grey is the perfect colour for trans-seasonal wear and a great neutral alternative to black.
If you prefer to make a statement with your knitwear, fun embellishment and motifs can inject a whole lot of personality into your look!
What knitwear are you looking forward to purchasing this year?
