week down the track and I can't thank you enough for the

I have
enjoyed mixing up my new clothes and have stepped out
feeling confident and more importantly so happy with how
I look - a feeling that I haven't had day-after-day for
a long time!!!
My hair has
also been done and Leah was fantastic!!! So, a brand
new me! I have had so many comments - even on the first
night after shopping I had a stranger come up to me at
swimming and ask where I got my boots from!!!!
Most of all
I think I have my self esteem back about how I present
myself - and that is actually the best bit of all - and
priceless!!!

As an image consultant in Melbourne, I
constantly meet women who are after
a change in the way they look. Our appearance is attached to our identity and
our identity can consistently change as our roles in life are evolving all the
time.
Being an image consultant is so rewarding to me as I am watching women of all
ages flourish, grow and gain confidence, all because they have worked with me
improving their style and de-cluttering their wardrobe.
I find many women just need someone honest enough to tell them what works for
them and how to put things together, where to shop and what style they need to
enhance their body shape.
With so much emphasis today on the way we look, and with more and more women not
content to just stay at home, the demand for image consultants has increased.
In Melbourne the fashion stands out head and shoulders above the other states.
Melbourne Central, Collins street, Chapel street, Bridge rd Richmond and
Chadstone the fashion capital, to name just a few, are full of top Australian
designer labels.
As a Melbourne Image consultant I take my clients to all these shopping outlets,
taking into consideration, time, travel and what budget they are on. I generally
spend about 2 to 4 hours together trying on many different styles of clothing, I
try to push them out of their comfort zones slightly, to get them to try new
looks they may never have had the courage to try before.
When I do assessments to women’s wardrobes I find that there can sometimes be a
re-occurring theme to the style that they wear, quite often it’s pieces that are
plain and very unflattering to their body shape, I also find they have many
pieces the same, just different colours.
With all my clients, my aim is to make being stylish easy
to achieve. I do this by
helping them put together a wardrobe with many simple but stylish pieces that
mix and match well. I promote style by keeping it simple yet elegant.
