Do you ever look at the
latest fashion trends on the catwalks and in magazines and think how
great they look but wonder if they would suit your body shape, size
and age?
The truth is that a lot
of adjustments, time and effort is put into making those outfits look fantastic
on professional models but does it translate into the real world
where we are all different?
Yes it's inconvenient
and frustrating that different heights, body shape, size and age all
play a part in whether an outfit will look fantastic, average or
not so good on us.
Yet the funny thing is
that all the fashion parades, magazine and catalogue photos are
centred on people that have the perfect height, body shape, size,
young, gorgeous and with a very confidant personality to carry any
look off.
It just doesn't make
sense!!
Making decisions based
on unrealistic models that don't apply to you just makes looking
great that little bit harder when it should be made easy for us.
We all know why this is
so, we all want to look beautiful and the clever marketing
departments for each label know this
so they display their outfits on the perfect body that we all wish we had and
boy don't they all look fantastic.
And where can you do
this where the environment is fun, relaxed and certainly not
confronting?
Simple solution......
Cindy's What's New Review Night!!!
However, and here's the
thing that many of us don't realise, we can ALL look as good as the
professional models, all we need to know is what will suit our body
shape, personality and age.
When we wear clothes
that suit our body shape, personality and age we look incredible, we
feel it and our confidence lifts.
So what is a quick
unbiased way to see what would really suit you this summer?
It's here again and as usual it's going to be bigger and
better than
the last one.
Cindy, one of Australia's leading personal fashion stylists will
review the fashion trends from the spring/wsummer range and display
some key looks using 'real world' models,
making it more real and applicable to most of us who are not an 18 year old stick figure.
All the models
are Cindy's clients and range in varying sizes, shapes and age, They
have never been on a catwalk before and show you that we can all
look beautiful no matter what our age, shape and size is.
The models themselves
have been on their own style journey with Cindy, before
working with her most of them had a number of issues like
body image problems, lacking confidence and frustration with
shopping etc. and now they are going to be strutting
their stuff with confidence in front of hundreds of women,
(of course they will all be very nervous so we like a lot of
encouragement from the the audience).
The clothes
alone are fantastic to see but watching these women on the
catwalk is just beautiful to watch.
During the parade Cindy will review the latest
releases for the coming season from some of the
main line shops that we all use everyday, Saba,
Cue, Veronica Main, Country Road, Alannah Hill,
O Jay, David Lawrence and Santini Shoes.
Cindy will give practical information on how to team and blend the latest trends into each
body shape, style and age group along with what
will not work for some body shapes.
This review night will help you continue
to develop your style and wardrobe by showing you how
to make more discerning choices from the
current fashion that will match your own
personal style, body shape and colours.
But the night is not just about the fashion
parade, there are also many other fun activates too...
The evening will start with a complementary glass of champagne
or orange juice on arrival together with some
yummy finger food, a great start to help you relax
after a busy day.
A team of professionals from the fashion &
beauty industry will be giving
demonstrations and advice on everything a women
needs to cover all aspects of style and feminine
needs. So while enjoying the refreshments you
can wander, chat and try all the lovely things. You can even have your
nails painted for FREE or get some hair style advice
and lots more!
Cinz
all natural makeup will be there on display
again along with a makeup artist so that you can
ask any questions you may have!
There will be some fantastic giveaways during
the night and of course a goodie bag full of
some great things to take home with you.
This is a great chance to catch up with
Cindy and mix and mingle with her other
clients that have been on their own
style journey with Cindy.
If you have not worked with Cindy then
it is a great chance to see her at work
and talk to others that have worked with
her.
Or you may just want to come along to
relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
This event is also open to family and friends so invite them along as well.
Why will it be better than the last one?
We received some great feedback and
suggestions from the last event and have
worked hard to introduce most of them.
The catwalk will be longer for better viewing.
Cindy has worked hard to increase the
mix of body shapes and sizes for this
seasons fashion parade.
