No More Wobbly Bits With These Control Undies
Not the most glamorous or exciting subject, but let’s admit we have probably all thought about using them once or twice when envisioning that gorgeous dress hugging our curvy figure, and not defining our wobbly bits instead!
During one of my recent wardrobe audits I met a beautiful lady who had a killer figure, and I was completely surprised to discover she was wearing some control undies!
I didn’t think anything more of this until my wanderings on holiday over Christmas when I saw them on the sale rack for $24.95.
Now I don’t normally wear a proper control pant, but as they were on sale, and I was very curious, I decided to purchase a pair.
I tried them out this week and was amazed to discover how great they were!
First of all, they didn’t roll down. Secondly, I completely forgot I was wearing them, and as for my tummy – what tummy!?
With their less than glamorous appearance, I think our reluctance to try these slimming devices comes mostly from our own embarrassment. However, they are definitely worth a try!
Can anyone recommend some that you have tried? Or has anyone tried the witchery ones? If so, how have you found them?
Hi Cindy, are the Witchery ones really tight on? The couple of cheap varieties I have tried are really quite firm and by the end of the night a relief to take off! They really do feel like they are holding you in!

I found them so comfortable that I forgot I had them on and that was about 4 hours! Underwear is trial and error and what works for one may not work for another. I just thought I’d buy them out of curiosity and I was pleasantly surprised. xx

Thanks Cindy, I am still trying to find a pair of control pants that don’t roll down, don’t feel uncomfortable, and don’t push the wobbly bits in the wrong direction! So I also will be off to Witchery to see if I can locate a pair.

I used a pair when I did the fashion parade a couple of years ago (can’t remember where I bought them), they worked really well but I haven’t worn them that often since I lost 7 Kg and ditched the wobbly bits 🙂
I also use ones that are more lie a hugging skirt (similar to a slip worn under seetrhough clothes with a control bit around the tummy. They are from Bras and Things and work very well to hide the wobbly bits and remove the visible panty line.
Hi Karin, yes I know they are everywhere! You probably don’t need them with all your weight loss, but they do firm things up don’t they! Its a good thing when your bits stay put! xx
Update:
I just spoke with a client who said she picked up a pair of the support undies in Witchery yesterday and they are now $14 95. Like me, not much tummy either, but commented on their comfort! Go get some!!!!
One of the assistants at Karen Millen recommended “Clio” to me. They are available from Big W for $10 and are very nice to wear. I have also seen them at my local Woolies and Maxi store.

I have never seen these in witchery as yet , but lately I am always in there at the moment and am loving this store as I never used to before I saw it properly in chadstone whilst doing course with Cindy. Will keep an eye out for them next time!!!!
