3rd JULY 2024 – DAY ONE: ARRIVE SAIGON • HO CHI MINH CITY
Board your flight from either Melbourne or Sydney mid morning. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon, you will be transferred to our luxurious 5 star hotel to enjoy complimentary welcome drinks in the exclusive Sheraton club lounge during check-in.
The rest of the night is yours to relax, settle into your upgraded Club Deluxe room or continue to enjoy drinks in the exclusive club lounge with your fellow travelers.

4th JULY 2024 – DAY TWO: SAIGON • HO CHI MINH CITY
We start the day with a walk through the heart of Saigon ‘s famous and historic city landmarks including Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Cat in at), Municipal Theatre, Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral.
We will try a special type of Vietnamese coffee with a yummy treat on our walk to the war remnants museum. Our tour finishes with Banh Mi, which is best described as a baguette filled with delicious savory ingredients that has its origins right here is Saigon.
After lunch you have the opportunity to experience shopping Vietnam-style by haggling for some bargains at the huge Binh Tang market.
The afternoon is free for you to either continue to shop the markets (so much fun), explore the city further or relax around the pool and/or enjoy a massage.
The evening will start with complimentary cocktails, wine and canapes in the exclusive Sheraton club lounge before our evening adventure; a food tour like none you’ve ever experienced. We’ll be exploring parts of the city that most tourists don’t see, joining the locals at popular eating spots across the city. We’ll taste a variety of different local foods as we travel across different city districts on your own scooter with a personal driver.

5th JULY 2024 – DAY THREE: SAIGON TO HOI AN
Enjoy the superb Sheraton buffet breakfast before transferring to the airport for our flight to Hoian.
After being transferred to our luxury 5-star hotel and check in the rest of the afternoon is free to relax and explore the hotel, and enjoy its facilities and/or the streets of Hoi An.
In the evening, we will head into the old town for a group dinner at a wonderful Hoi An restaurant.

6th JULY 2024 – DAY FOUR: HOI AN
Today consists of group tailoring sessions with Cindy for those that wish to have clothing made. You also have the choice to join a guided walking tour of Hoi An.
In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore and shop in Hoi An.
The evening is a free night offering you the freedom to unwind at the hotel, wander through the charming lantern-lit old town, and/or, as is customary on such evenings, consider joining Cindy for a casual dinner at one of her favourite local restaurants.

7th JULY 2024 – DAY FIVE: HOI AN – SHOPPING TOUR WITH CINDY
Today will consist of a half day shopping tour with Cindy to some of Cindy’s favourite Hoi An shops. During the tour you will experience a light lunch at one of Hoi’ An’s famous eateries.
You will have free leisure time in the afternoon and evening to indulge in more shopping, unwind with some rejuvenating spa treatments, or lounge by the hotel pool. In the evening, as always, you’re welcome to join Cindy for a laid-back dinner at one of her favourite local eating spots.

8th JULY 2024 – DAY SIX: HOI AN
Today is free at your leisure, relax around the pool or beach or head to the spa. For those that had tailoring done under Cindy’s guidance, during the day you will have approximately an hour of group tailoring fits.
For those looking for a little adventure or wish to explore the local area further, today is a perfect day to take one of the optional tours available, bookings can be made a day or two prior to the optional tour

9th JULY 2024 – DAY SEVEN: HOI AN
Today is another free day to further relax around the pool or beach or experience a range of different spa treatments. For those that had tailoring done under Cindy’s guidance, during the day you will have approximately an hour for the second round of group tailoring fits.
For those wanting to explore the local area further, you have another chance to take one of the optional tours available, bookings can be made a day or two prior to the optional tour.
The evening is free to enjoy as you wish, as always, you’re welcome to join Cindy for a laid-back dinner at one of her favourite local eating spots.

10th JULY 2024 – DAY EIGHT: HOI AN • COOKING SCHOOL
We will begin with a visit to Hoi An’s colourful market and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas before our cooking class. Learn how to make some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes then enjoy some of your creations.
The afternoon is free to enjoy as you wish, relax around the pool or beach or head to the spa. The evening is also free to enjoy as you wish and as always, you’re welcome to joining Cindy for a laid-back dinner at one of her favourite local eating spots.

10th JULY 2024 – DAY NINE: HOI AN
In the morning, you can choose to join Cindy and Cal for a bicycle ride through Hoi An’s rice paddies and streets. Experience a different side of Hoi An as it awakens after the night’s rest. Then, return for a delightful, well-earned buffet breakfast.
The rest of the day is free at your leisure, relax around the pool or beach or head to the spa or take one of the optional tours* as previously mentioned.
In the evening, we will enjoy an incredible meal at a fabulous Hoi An restaurant for our final night group dinner.

12th JULY 2024 – DAY TEN: HOI AN
The morning is free to relax and get those last few pool hours, shop for those last minute must have items, or some spa pampering before checking out of our hotel and transferring to Danang Airport by bus for your overnight flight home.

HOI AN TAILORING
Included is a group tailoring session with assistance from personal stylist Cindy Newstead who will oversee your fabric choices and assist with your first fitting. During the tailoring session, you can:
- Recreate pieces from pictures.
- Copy wardrobe favorites.
- You will have the opportunity to breathe new life into pieces in your wardrobe with alterations for a fraction of the price available at home.
All pricing is per person twin share, and includes international & 2 Vietnam internal economy flights, and all touring and meals as per the itinerary. Please see below for addition costs and the single supplement if you are travelling alone and wish to have your own room.

Payment terms
- Deposit of $1500 must be paid upon booking to secure your place.
- Second installment of $1,500 due 15th Feb 2024
- Balance due 90 days prior to departure
- Credit card payments will incur a 1.5 % fee.

- Cancellation penalties do apply, please read carefully.
- Deposit of $1,500 must be paid upon booking to secure your place.
- Second installment of $1,500 due 15th February 2024
- Balance due 90 days prior to departure
- In addition to clause 2 to 4, any requested upgrades on flights and accommodation must be paid for on confirmation of the upgrade.
- Cancellations prior to 15th November 2023 will be charged an admin fee of $150 plus airline cancellation fee of $220.
- Cancellations between 15th November 2023 and 15th February 2024 will incur full loss of deposit.
- Cancellations between 15th February 2024 and 90 days prior to departure will incur full loss of deposit plus $300 of second installment, totaling $1,800.
- Cancellations between 89 and 60 days prior to departure will receive a 70% refund of total cost.
- Cancellations between 59 and 45 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of total cost.
- Cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure will not receive any refund.
- Possession of adequate travel insurance is a compulsory condition of travel and must be purchased at the time of booking.
- Any changes to airline travel date, name changes that cause reissue of tickets will incur fees as per airlines fee structure and administration fees.
- Style with Cindy reserves the right to cancel the tour for any reason with a full refund guaranteed for all bookings.
- If the tour is cancelled due to factors beyond our control, we will provide a refund to the extent of the refund we are able to obtain from our suppliers.
- If any activities listed in the itinerary are not able to be delivered or carried out due to circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be made unless we are able to secure a refund from the supplier.
- Style with Cindy reserves the right to change hotels listed in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond their control. All changes will be to a similar or better hotel.
- If Cindy is unable to travel due to ill health, Style with Cindy reserves the right to send another Style with Cindy stylist in her place.
- All credit card payments for overseas tours will incur a 1.5% surcharge for standard Mastercard and Visa cards.
- Flight times and Tour times may vary, all participants will be advised of changes.
