The Style & Fashion At Crown Oaks Day

Yesterday we braved the elements and ventured to Crown Oaks Day at Flemington Racecourse.

For Ladies Day, (as it is most fondly referred to), Melbourne put on weather that it’s most famous for, four season’s in one day!

But that did not stop the dedicated race goes and fashion lovers, they were there in force and boy were there some incredible outfits.

From inside and outside the birdcage, with our trusty camera in hand, we captured photos and video of many gorgeous outfits and the stories behind how these outfits came together.

As soon as we arrived we headed straight for Myer Fashions on The Field where we saw the preliminary finals and the amazing host, Nikki Phillips.

We were lucky enough to be in the Wolf Blass Marquee where we could hide from the sporadic down pour of rain. Here we spotted some very very well dressed patrons and enjoyed some delicious food.
