How do you make smart selections that will last season after season rather than picking up random selections just because they are on sale?

This is the perfect time of year to pick up beautiful tops in quality fabrics that look expensive and elevate your look.

Classic black and white tops are an absolute must as you can do so much with them in the wardrobe and easily dress up a look both social and professional occasions.
